About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join Makibe Australia Pty Ltd on a Fulltime basis. This role is based in Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. As a Customer Service representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation by providing outstanding support to our customers.

Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers




Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Process orders, quotes, returns, and other customer requests efficiently
Follow company procedures and policies to ensure consistency in service delivery
Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals

What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Robust organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
