Tammy's Bakery is seeking an experienced Pastry Cook to join our skilled team in our East Victoria Park, WA 6101 location. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for crafting delightful baked goods and desserts to delight our customers. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a energetic hospitality environment with a focus on producing high-quality pastries and confections.

What you'll be doing

1 Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer orders

2 Ensuring consistently high quality and presentation of all products

3 Maintaining a clean and organised work area to meet food safety and hygiene standards

4 Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise production and workflow

5 Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies

6 Providing excellent customer service and responding to any queries or special requests

What we're looking for

1 Formal training or qualification in baking/pastry arts

2 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role

3 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely

4 Excellent time management and multitasking skills





5 Passion for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods

6 Excellent communication and customer service skills

7 Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced, collaborative kitchen environment

8 Availability to work early morning shifts, weekends and public holidays
