We’re looking for someone reliable, motivated and confident in the kitchen who can assist with pizza preparation, cooking and general kitchen duties during busy services.
This is a great opportunity for a junior chef or cook looking to gain more experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue while working as part of a fun and supportive team.
About the role:
Preparing and cooking pizzas
Preparing and cooking other menu items
Food preparation and portioning before service
Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation
Managing multiple orders during busy periods
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and stocked
Following food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures
Assisting with stock rotation and reducing food waste
Working closely with the kitchen and venue management team
What we’re looking for:
Previous kitchen or cooking experience
Pizza-making experience is highly regarded, but not essential
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Valuable communication and teamwork
Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
Availability across evenings and weekends
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
