About the Company: Our client is a large civil contractor with several branches across Australia and Current Zealand
About the Role of the Contracts Administrator:
The Contract administrator's primary function is too provide clients with first class contract services.
Main Duties for Contract Administrator:
Procurement Process
Disruptions, delays, prolongation, compression and extension of time.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of notices and claims.
Ensuring that risks are allocated in the subcontract between the Company and subcontractors after considering the head contract conditions and the ability of the party best able to control the risk.
Successful Contract Administrator must have:
Proven experience in Cost Management, Contract administration or Procurement with Civil Construction
Must of Civil infrastructure projects background
Tertiary qualified: Minimum Associate Diploma (engineering or Quantity surveying) or minimum of 5 years experience in similar role within Australia.
Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work)
We also have positions for FIFO Quantity Surveyors, Civil estimators, Contracts Administrators, Cost Planners, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers for Sydney and all over Australia.
