Job Description
Develop and maintain comprehensive project reporting frameworks tailored to organisational needs.
Generate accurate and timely reports to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting activities.
Monitor key project metrics and provide actionable insights.
Support the implementation and optimisation of reporting tools and systems.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and identify areas for process improvement.
Provide training and guidance on reporting tools and practices to team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SF ECP Project Reporting Specialist should have:
Experience with SuccessFactors ECP and SpinEffects (Power BI as well)




Strong expertise in project reporting within a technology-driven setting.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools.
Experience working in the healthcare industry or similar sectors.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, actionable format.
Solid communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Relevant qualifications in technology, data analytics, or a related field.

What's on Offer
Fixed-term contract position based in Moorabbin.
Market-competitive salary range of $135,000 to $155,000 AUD.
