We are seeking experienced Drill Fitters for ongoing site-based work in the Northern Territory. If you’re a hands-on maintenance specialist who enjoys work from home and a consistent roster, we want to hear from you.

What’s on offer
Casual rate: $82/hour
Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (2:2)
Location: NT (site-based)
Start: ASAP (subject to onboarding/medical as required)
Work type: Ongoing / project-based opportunities

The role As a Drill Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing drill fleet equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Duties include:
Preventative and breakdown maintenance on drill rigs and associated equipment
Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and component change-outs
Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards
Completing maintenance records, pre-starts and job documentation




Working closely with supervisors and operations to minimise downtime

What we’re looking for
Trade qualified Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic (or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience working as a Drill Fitter on heavy mining / drilling equipment
Solid troubleshooting ability (hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems; basic electrical highly regarded)
Current drivers licence (HR preferred but not essential)
Ability to pass relevant medicals and site checks
