Plain Sailing Elwoods home of Excellent Brunch , Excellent coffee and sunny good times are looking for a Full time Senior chef to join our team.

Plain Sailing have a strong focus on upmarket modern cafe dishes utilising Seasonal and local produce and we are currently looking for a experienced Chef to join our kitchen team

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef capable of working in a busy and quick paced cafe environment and able to contribute to all aspects of the kitchen team

Key Selection Criteria
2+ years work experience in a chef role
Experience in Modern cafe style menus ( preferred but not essential)
Qualification: Cert 3 Commercial Cookery or the equivalent
The ability to work a busy section independently
A strong understanding of food safety and stock rotation




Ensure cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen and surrounds
Exceptional organisation, communication and time management skills
Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
