Melbourne Coffee Culture is looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team in Broadbeach.

We are looking for someone who is confident preparing and cooking pizzas in a busy hospitality setting and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare pizza dough and ingredients for service
Prepare and cook pizzas to a consistently high standard
Stretch and shape dough correctly
Prepare toppings, sauces and other ingredients
Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
Maintain consistent portion sizes and presentation
Monitor cooking times and food quality
Keep the pizza station clean and organised
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Minimise food waste
Assist with general kitchen duties when required
Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff

About You




Previous skilled pizza-making experience
Solid understanding of dough preparation and pizza cooking
Confident working with commercial pizza ovens
Able to maintain quality and consistency during busy service
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
