Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Assembly/Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting a variety of technical and electrical components for our systems. You will work in a team-oriented environment, ensuring that products meet our high standards for quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test electronic and mechanical components following detailed specifications and instructions
Troubleshoot and repair faulty units as needed
Ensure quality control by performing inspections and tests on finished products
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product design and assembly processes
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols




Document assembly processes and ensure inventory is well managed

Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling small components
Team player with strong communication skills
A commitment to safety and quality in the workplace
Previous experience in an assembly or technician role, preferably within a technical or electronics industry, is an advantage

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Must hold Australian working visa and be based in Perth, WA
Experience with soldering and wiring
Familiarity with testing equipment and basic troubleshooting techniques
Solid understanding of electrical components and mechanical systems, is an advantage
