Motorway Maintenance Crew – $37.60–$48.88/hr

Eastern Creek | Full-Time Casual | View to Permanency | 80% Night Shift

Makibe Australia is looking for reliable and hardworking people to join the Maintenance Crew on one of Sydney’s major motorways.

Based in Eastern Creek, this is a long-term opportunity with potential for permanency, career progression and internal growth. The role is primarily outdoors, with approximately 80% night shift, so applicants must be comfortable working outdoors at night and in varying weather conditions.

The Role

You will be responsible for a range of motorway maintenance activities, including:
Landscaping, mowing and brush cutting
Graffiti removal, cleaning and minor repairs
Assisting with motorway incidents
Completing scheduled daily maintenance
Working safely around traffic and in outdoor settings

Pay & Hours
Day shift: 7:00am–3:30pm — $37.60/hr
Night shift: 7:30pm–4:00am — $48.88/hr




Approximately 80% night shift
Full time hours
PPE provided
View to permanency

About You
Reliable, safety-focused and physically fit
Comfortable working outdoors and predominantly at night
Able to work effectively as part of a team
MR licence preferred but not essential
Previous maintenance, landscaping or similar experience is an advantage
Traffic Control experience is highly regarded
Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures

Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing and Police Check are required.
