Location: Peppermint Grove, WA
Pay: $27.97 base rate per hour + Super
Roster: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:00pm

We are seeking a Cold Larder team member to join our kitchen team at PLC Boarding in Peppermint Grove. You’ll prepare fresh meals and support a positive dining experience for up to 140 boarding students while being part of a welcoming school community.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare cold larder items and assist with food preparation and service
Deliver friendly, efficient service to students and staff
Maintain stock levels and support daily kitchen operations, including dishwashing
Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, organised, and well presented
Follow food safety, hygiene,



and workplace health and safety standards while performing efficiently during busy service periods

Skills and Experiences:
About You
Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality workplace
Proven experience in cold larder preparation and presentation
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with solid attention to detail
Professional, proactive team player with excellent communication skills
