Key Duties:
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company standards.
Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.
Complete food preparation and mise en place.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
Keep the kitchen and work area clean and organised.
Control food portions and minimise wastage.
Assist the kitchen team during busy periods.
Follow instructions from the Chef or Restaurant Manager.
Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely.
Pay: From $26.44 per hour
