We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Alderley Dental on a 3-day-per-week basis.

We are a well-established dental practice that values high-quality patient care, teamwork and a positive workplace environment.

About the role

You will work closely with our dentists and dental team to provide excellent clinical support and a comfortable experience for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:
Chairside assisting for general and complex dental procedures
Preparing and setting up surgeries
Instrument sterilisation and infection control
Cleaning and maintaining treatment rooms
Assisting with dental X-rays and digital scanning
Preparing instruments, materials and equipment
Supporting dentists during procedures
Providing a warm and professional experience for patients
General practice and clinical duties as required

About you

We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced as a Dental Assistant or keen to learn
Reliable, punctual and well organised




Friendly and confident when communicating with patients
A good team player with a positive attitude
Able to work efficiently in a busy dental environment
Committed to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient care
Well presented and professional

Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
