Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week
We’re looking for upholstery workers and sewing machinists to join a busy caravan production team in Campbellfield.
You’ll be making (sewing and upholstering) seats and upholstered components for brand-current caravans.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on production role, so we’re looking for people who can work efficiently and maintain a consistent pace throughout the day.
What you’ll be doing
Sewing fabric and upholstery materials
Operating industrial sewing machines
Upholstering caravan seats and cushions
Working with foam, fabric and other upholstery materials
Assembling and finishing seats
Following patterns and measurements
General upholstery and seating work
Who we’re looking for
You don’t necessarily need to be a qualified upholsterer.
We’re looking for people with practical sewing, upholstery or similar hands-on experience who are comfortable working in a busy production workplace.
Beneficial experience(but not essential), in the below:
Upholstery
Industrial sewing
Sewing machinist work
Furniture or lounge manufacturing
Automotive upholstery or trimming
Caravan or RV manufacturing
Marine upholstery
Seat or cushion manufacturing
Other similar sewing or upholstery work
What you’ll need
Experience with sewing and/or upholstery work
Confidence using an industrial sewing machine
Good practical ability and attention to detail
Ability to follow measurements and established processes
Ability to work at a consistent pace throughout the day
Reliability and a valuable work attitude
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
