Our client is well known global pharmaceutical organisation and is an Australian iconic brand in the marketplace, offering a range of healthcare products to local & global markets.

An opportunity has now arisen for a Warehouse Team Coordinator to work in a major current facility & be responsible for coordinating day to day warehouse activities.

About the Prospect

Working with a close knit team, key responsibilities include the following:
Manage a small team providing guidance & support.
Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking & packing & dispatch.
Ensure materials are handled and stored correctly in designated areas.
Monitor stock movement and material flow throughout the warehouse.
Support the writing of all documentation including SOP's.
Use Warehouse management systems including SAP & MS Office for data entry.
Ensure warehouse processes are in accordance with SOP's, GMP standards.
Effectively liaise internally & externally with key stakeholders.

About you
Previous experience within warehouse or logistics operations.




Experience coordinating teams or leading day-to-day activities.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS, SAP, JDA or similar).
Understanding of inventory management principles.
Knowledge of GMP and WHS requirements is desirable.
The ability to work in a team and individually.
