Male Support Worker – Casual, Weekly Wednesday Shift Heart-Led Support

Near Rifle Range, QLD

Heart-Led Support (HLS) is a Queensland-based NDIS provider looking for a male Support Worker to build an ongoing, respectful support relationship with one of our participants.

About the role Weekly shift: every Wednesday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Other shifts may also be available for the right candidate.

Supporting our participant with daily living tasks, building independence, and developing social and community connections.

Shared interests in motor shows, media, and filming are a big plus, our participant would love a worker who can genuinely engage with these.

This is a long-term, relationship-based support role, not a rotating roster position,



our participant values consistency and a genuine connection with the right person ideally located close to Rifle Range, or comfortable with regular travel to the area.

What we're looking for:

A practical, down-to-earth, common-sense approach. Reasonably fit and active, comfortable getting out and about to events and activities. Honest, reliable, and easy to build trust with.

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening) Current driver's licence and own vehicle.

Pay: $45.00 – $82.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
