What You’ll Do
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers across multiple channels.
Handle customer enquiries with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset under pressure.
Maintain a professional and engaging phone manner to deliver great customer experiences.
Manage competing priorities and stay highly organised in a fast-paced environment.
Work collaboratively with a supportive team to elevate everyday service standards and team culture.
