We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team in a full time capacity. This role is suitable for candidates with advanced espresso knowledge and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages to consistent standards
Operate and maintain commercial espresso machines and grinders
Dial in coffee daily and manage extraction consistency
Train junior staff in coffee preparation and workflow efficiency
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk and bar supplies
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Provide skilled customer service in a high-volume environment
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
