Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Early Morning Packer & Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves preparing and packing bakery orders, followed by delivering them to our customers and partners. It’s a perfect start early, finish early position—ideal for someone who enjoys getting their work done in the morning and having the rest of the day free. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products arrive fresh and on time each day.
Working Hours
Must be able to start at 2AM
Finish: Between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM (depending on workload)
Days: Flexible roster (including weekends as required)
Key Responsibilities
Packing and preparing bakery items for delivery
Checking orders for accuracy and quality
Loading and unloading delivery vehicle
Delivering orders to cafes, retailers, and customers
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the packing area
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Assisting with general bakery tasks as needed
About You
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning starts
Holds a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying items
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus but not essential
