We are after a highly motivated and skill oven operator, with a minimum of 2 years experience within a commercial bakery workplace.

The Production Oven Operator plays a critical role in ensuring all our products like sourdough, pies, sausage rolls, brioche etc are baked to perfection and exactly to the standard Fuel Bakery is recognised for.

This role is responsible for operating commercial rack and deck ovens, managing baking schedules, monitoring cooling times and temperatures and ensuring all products are ready for packing within set timelines.

The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, solid organisational skills, and willingness to learn current techniques, while also having a commitment to working towards strict schedules.

Tuesday to Friday & Sundays

Shifts start at 3pm

This is a full time position, applicants must have full working rights in Australia.

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
