bout the Role

This role combines customer service, order fulfilment and administration. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
Resolving issues and following enquiries through to completion.
Processing and managing orders accurately using our custom CRM software.
Supporting corporate and wholesale clients with their orders and requirements.
Packing, quality-checking and preparing orders for dispatch.
Coordinating with the bakery team to ensure orders are accurate and ready on time.
Assisting with reporting,



inventory stocktakes and general office upkeep.

About You

You’ll bring:
At least two years of customer service experience.
Clear, friendly communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning current systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
A practical approach to solving problems.
Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Australian work rights.

You should be comfortable balancing customer enquiries with hands-on tasks in a busy bakery workplace.
