About the role

We are currently recruiting for Educators (Cert 3 and Diploma qualified/nearing completion) at Samford Pines Early Learning Centre. Our centre is positioned on an expansive 7 acres of land with a wide variety of natural learning & play spaces including our pine forest, creek and bush kindy.

Key responsibilities
Create a safe, fun and welcoming workplace
Form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
Plan and implement a quality early learning program
Document children's individual learning
Critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement
Demonstrate fantastic communication skills and ability to work as a team
Apply excellent time management and organisation skills
Apply good working knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG, MTOP & NQS/NQF

About you
ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent - experienced candidates who are studying will be considered
Current Blue Card / Exemption card depending on role applying for
ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification or willing to obtain




Child Protection Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
Food Handling Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
Previous experience in an early childhood setting
Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role
