The Role

An exciting current opportunity exists for a entry level Administration Assistant to join our Adelaide team on a full-time basis.

The right candidate for this role will be approachable, enjoy a challenge, and be looking for an entry-level role with the opportunity to build a long-term career. You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday .

No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Ideal job opportunity for a school leaver or someone looking to get back into the workforce and kick start their administration career.

This role boasts a
Monday-to-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm;
Attractive salary $50,000-54,000 p.a. paid weekly

Duties & Responsibilities
Responding to customer email/phone enquiries
Managing all visitor inductions, contractor sign-ins, and adherence to all site access requirements.




Liaise with external stakeholders daily and amend manifests as required.
Entering all data daily into the warehouse and transport Systems
Provide assistance for both transport and warehouse teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Prepare and create run-sheets for drivers and contractors.
General administration duties
Undertaking additional tasks and projects as required
