About the role

Join our dynamic team as a full time Factory Hand/Machine Operator in our state-of-the-art facility in Clayton, Victoria. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring specialised machinery to ensure the efficient and quality production of our industry-leading products.

Key responsibilities
Operate a range of production equipment and machinery to manufacture products to the highest quality standards
Monitor production processes, identify any issues or variances to maintain optimal output
Perform routine maintenance
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
General warehousing/manufacturing requirements

About you
Ability and confidence to operate a variety of production equipment
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment




Availability to workday shift
Must hold Australian work rights
Reliable
Forklift licence (Preferred)
No experience required
