Full time position
Salary: $58,490 + super
High-profile CBD client site: Albert Street, Brisbane

About the role You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, protected, and well-presented site across offices and shared facilities.

Key duties
General cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
Replenishing consumables (soap, toilet paper, paper towels)
Maintaining cleanliness of floors, glass, furniture, and surfaces
Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as instructed




Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management
Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Completing tasks within scheduled timeframes
Locking and securing the premises where required
Delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Working independently and/or as part of a team to meet site requirements

Skills & experience (required)
NV1 Clearance (desired)
Minimum 1 year cleaning experience
Solid communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet performance expectations, including KPI achievement
