About the Position

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Officer to join our Facilities and Property Team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the management of the Shire's housing, accommodation and property portfolio while contributing to the delivery of responsive, customer-focused property services.

Based in Tom Price, the role includes Shire-provided housing and offers the chance to enjoy a unique Pilbara lifestyle while building your career in a supportive and community-focused organisation.

No two days are the same in this diverse role. You'll work closely with tenants, contractors and stakeholders to coordinate accommodation and tenancy matters, manage property inspections, support lease administration and help resolve complex issues as they arise.
