Experienced Grill Chef – AGED Steakhouse Liverpool

AGED Steakhouse is looking for an experienced Grill Chef to join our kitchen team in Liverpool.

We specialise in premium steaks and are looking for a confident chef who understands steak cuts, temperatures and high-volume grill service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook premium steaks to required temperatures
Run the grill section during busy service
Maintain consistency, quality and presentation
Prepare and portion meats and other ingredients
Maintain a clean and organised section
Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Grill Chef or similar role
Steakhouse experience highly regarded
Strong knowledge of steak cuts and cooking temperatures
Confident working a high-volume grill section
Fast,



organised and able to work under pressure
Reliable and qualified with a solid team attitude
Available evenings, weekends and public holidays
Australian working rights
