Laycock Constructions Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced, friendly, and motivated Foreman with a minimum 6yrs in High End Architectual Residential Construction. Work is in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs.

Key responsibilities - Foreman
Site management including trade coordination, program sequencing, defect management, WH&S; Compliance, and high end finished delivery
Proven ability to liaise with clients, architects, consultants , and specialist trades to deliver premium outcomes
Hands-on technical background, this includes but not limited to, carpentry and building qualifications supporting quality control and defect resolutions
High level mentoring experience to oversee apprentices, carpenters, handymen, and labourers
Proficient in Procore(is advantageous), project documentation, reporting RFI'S,



variations, and site diaries

Key responsibilities - Carpenters
Has a minimum of 3 years Post Trade Experience
Holds a miniumum Cert III in Carpentry
Can work on all aspects of carpentry
Has an eye for fine detailed works
Takes pride in thier workmanship and provides a quality finish
Holds a Construction Industion Safety Cerificate (Valid - White Card)
Is reliable and responsible
Is a valuable communicator
Has positive time management and organisational skills
Is able to be a team player

Pay: $72,578.39 – $100,000.00 per year
