Caffe Rosso Bowral is an Italian inspired restaurant in Bowral, NSW, offering a truly unique dining experience with up-to-date Italian cuisine that is both delicious and affordable. Caffe Rosso Bowral is looking for an experienced Full Time Cook to join the business.

Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards
Support the ordering of food and supplies
Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
Infusing flavours by adding seasonings
Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and protected cooking process
Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers
Artfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
Develop menu suggestion




Check on store food and supplies are delivered
Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipment

Skills and experience:
Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
knowledge of Italian cuisine.

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Salary: $79,000 – 90,000 per year depending on experience
