Bee & Bloom Home Services is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, experienced residential cleaning subcontractors to join our Sydney network.

We are building a trusted team of independent cleaners who can take on cleaning jobs in areas that suit their location and availability.

This is ideal for experienced self-employed cleaners who already have their own cleaning business or ABN and would like access to additional work without committing to fixed employee hours.

Work may include:

Regular weekly and fortnightly home cleaning

One-off residential cleaning

Deep cleaning

End-of-lease cleaning

Kitchens and bathrooms

Vacuuming and mopping

Dusting and surface cleaning

Additional cleaning services where agreed for individual jobs

How it works

Bee & Bloom manages the customer enquiries, bookings and communication. When we have a suitable job in your service area, we'll contact you with the location, scope, date/time and payment details.

As an independent subcontractor, you can advise whether you're available and accept or decline jobs based on your own availability.

We're looking for cleaners who have:

A current ABN





Current Public Liability Insurance

Residential cleaning experience

Their own qualified cleaning equipment and products

Reliable transport

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and reliability

The ability to work independently and professionally in customers' homes

Location: Various Sydney suburbs

Hours: Versatile — work offered according to availability

Work type: Independent subcontractor prospects

We are particularly interested in cleaners with weekday availability, although weekend availability is also welcome.
