About the role

Choice Support Services is a family orientated disability support business with a big focus on skilled, friendly, consistent and reliable care for our clients. The positions we have available currently are in home support, personal care support and community access with our wonderful and valued consumers in the Morwell, Moe, and Traralgon areas.

We offer competitive wages, beginning on a casual basis and having the opportunity to expand into a part-time permanent role after a successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.

Job requirements
Minimum of Certificate 3 Individual Support (Aged, Disability, Home & Community Care)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid (HLTAID003) completed within the last 2 years & CPR (HLTAID001) completed within the last 12 months
Current Australian Driver’s License (along with comprehensive car insurance)
Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/ Working Visa No Restrictions)
NDIS Module Certificates - Worker Orientation, Supporting Effective Communication and Supporting Secure and Enjoyable Meals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $34.19 – $43.23 per hour
