Health & Wellbeing Administrator

Perth / West Perth / Fremantle, WA

We're looking for a motivated Health & Wellbeing Administrator to join our Health & Wellbeing team in Western Australia. This role is ideal for someone with administration, return-to-work or workers compensation experience who wants to broaden their skills in injury management, employee wellbeing and workplace health.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Manager Health & Wellbeing, you'll support workplace injury management and workers compensation activities across a diverse range of WA operations. Working closely with employees, operational leaders, rehabilitation providers and insurers, you'll help coordinate recovery and return-to-work outcomes while providing key administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for workers compensation and injury management claims
Maintain injury management systems, records and medical documentation
Liaise with employees, medical providers, rehabilitation consultants and insurers
Support return-to-work coordination and workplace injury processes
Assist with payroll, finance and workers compensation-related enquiries




Build positive relationships with operational and safety teams across WA sites
Coordinate appointments and support services through allied health providers

About You
Previous experience in administration, return-to-work, injury management or a similar field
Robust organisational and communication skills
Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
Knowledge of WA Workers Compensation legislation is advantageous
Experience in transport, logistics, mining or other blue-collar industries is desirable but not essential
Willingness to travel to operational sites when required
