Premium Pools and gardens has built a solid reputation over the last 17 years. This has resulted in a large number of requests for medium to large construction projects in the residential arena. We are therefore looking to onboard an experienced Landscape Foreman with a great attitude who is looking to further their career.
About the Role
Based from our Sumner Park office this role will cover greater Brisbane region.
Overview of duties
Hard landscaping (Landscape construction, retaining walls, decking, paving, irrigation, tiling experience preferred but not essential)
Soft landscaping (mulching, planting etc)
Mentoring of team members
General administrative duties (team timecards, receipts/invoices)
Pool renovations & pool fencing
Skills we are seeking
Leadership qualities
Be able to read and interpret construction plans
Sound Landscape Construction knowledge & ability
A problem solver with excellent communication skills
Reasonable knowledge of building codes and processes related to landscaping
About You
Minimum of a Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or alternatively completed a trade apprenticeship in building/construction)
Competent computer skills
Good people skills
Exceptional organisational skills
Problem/solution solving skills
Hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
Experience in carport & patio construction preferred (not essential)
Manual drivers' licence mandatory

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
