Mount Druitt Dental Care is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant. This is a permanent full-time position, with responsibility for how the practice runs day to day.

What You'll Do
Welcome and support patients, ensuring comfort and care at every step.
Provide chairside assistance across a full range of dental procedures.
Take payments and book the next appointment for your patients.
Train and support junior DAs on the floor.
Own supplies ordering, drawer stock and lab job tracking for the practice.




Maintain sterilisation and infection control to the highest standard.
Keep accurate patient records.
Assist at reception when needed, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

About You
At least 2–3 years' dental assisting experience.
Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
Comfortable taking ownership of practice-level tasks, not just chairside work.
Strong communication and a dependable, steady approach.
Team-oriented, professional, and reliable under a busy book.
