Position Details:
Location: Taloumbi, NSW

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality in-home nursing care
Conduct health assessments and monitor client wellbeing
Medication administration and clinical care
Wound care and other nursing interventions as required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with clients, families, and the care team

Essential Requirements:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
National Police Check
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle




Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
