In collaboration with the Sports Tots Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, development, and growth of Sports Tots.

Sports Tots has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months, and we are developing internal roles to consolidate existing contracts and seeking individuals to generate new business opportunities. The Program Coordinator of Sports Tots will engage coaches in coach education, practical experience and interactive reflection ensuring our Sports Tots coaches are empowered with the tools and resources to maintain the quality of our curriculum.

The role will support four main delivery areas:

Program Delivery
Deliver and execute our Sports Tots curriculum
Review, update and/or develop coaching resources and tools supporting delivery
Develop, facilitate, and support delivery of pilot programs

Early learning centres
Maintain and consolidate relationships with Early Learning Centres




Manage program schedules and programming
Distribute educational resources

Recruitment and Onboarding
Actively recruit current coaches
Organise onboarding of current coaches
Develop training curriculums to streamline recruitment process.

Business Development
Enthusiastically seek new business opportunities
Identify and research recent Early Learning Centres
Present and pitch our Sports Tots model to recent groups.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
