Landscape Gardener

Shorescapes Landscaping is a specialist landscape management company servicing high-end residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout Sydney’s North Shore.

We are currently seeking a Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and enjoys working outdoors as part of a qualified team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Mowing, edging and maintaining lawns
Hedge trimming, pruning and general garden maintenance
Weed management and pest control
Soil conditioning and maintaining plant health
Installing current gardens and garden beds
Installing, maintaining and repairing irrigation systems
Maintaining high-quality presentation across client properties
Working safely and efficiently with gardening equipment and tools

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in gardening and landscape maintenance
Competent and confident using gardening tools and equipment




Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Mature, friendly and professional
Honest, reliable, fit and hardworking
A solid communicator who works well with others
Able to work independently when required
Available to work Monday to Friday
Holds a current driver's licence.

What We Offer
$34–$41 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
Full-time or casual employment
Monday to Friday work
8-hour shifts

Experience

Gardening experience: 1 year minimum required.

Licence

Driver Licence preferred and may be required to drive a company vehicle.
