Food Factory Workers / Batch Makers – Multiple Shifts Available – Great Pay! Long Term!

Committed labourers are required for an international food manufacturing company based in Wetherill Park, specialising in the production of spices and seasonings.

Note: this role involves strong smells of herbs, spices, and other solid odours.

Shifts & Pay:
Day shift: 6 AM – 2 PM - $37.57/ per hour- Promoted to $42 after few months.
Afternoon shift: 2 pm -10 pm - $43.20 / per hour- Promoted to $47.50 -after few months.
Night Shift: 10 pm till 6 am - $48.84 per hour -Promoted to $54 - after few months.

The Role:
Accurately scooping and handling ingredients from tubs to make batches
Operating production equipment with precision and attention to detail
Handling and carrying materials up to 25kg
Maintaining a clean, organised workspace
Adhering to strict quality and safety standards

Right Candidates Must Be:




Able to carry 25kg
Reliable and disciplined
Positive work ethic / attitude
Good numerical skills / accurate
Switched on and a quick learner
Valuable with gadgets and technology
Great attention to detail

Bonus:
Forklift licence is a bonus - if you don't have one, you'll be required to obtain one within three months

Requirements:
Must be legally entitled to work in Australia without restriction — Permanent Residents, Citizens or bridging visas only.
NO student visas, even with unlimited working rights

Pay: $37.57 – $54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
