Job Description: Male Support Worker – Werrington County and Bradbury

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable male support worker to join our team under a subcontract arrangement for a male and female NDIS participant based in Werrington County and Bradbury and can travel to those areas on short notice if required.

Schedule:
Anywhere from morning – evening as required (this is only a range).

Key Responsibilities:
Providing community access and support
Assisting with in-home, domestic activities
Supporting the participant in engaging with the community
Ensuring safety, respect, and professionalism during all shifts

Requirements:
Able to subcontract using their ABN
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Positive English communication skills
Minimum phone use during shifts
Patient, respectful, and capable of building a long-term, meaningful relationship with the client

Job Types: Part time, Subcontract

Pay: $36.00 – $42.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
