For 14 years The Cottage Balmain, has been a cornerstone venue in the inner west. It is a busy and dynamic boutique restaurant with a robust focus on seasonal food. This is an opportunity to become an important part of the kitchen team and progress your career with us.

Menu is comprised of contemporary Australian share plates and changes seasonally. This is a hands on role and a great opportunity to take on both prep and service responsibilities and step up into a position of leadership.

The successful Candidate will be mature and enthusiastic, reliable and have a strong commitment to quality and passion for learning. The role is for 45hrs a week across 5 shifts. Any over-time is accrued on top of the salary.
