We are currently a Production Kitchen Cook - working Monday to Friday 5am till 1pm
What you’ll do
Bulk cook and batch wet dishes for bain-maries; label,
date and stage for later shifts.
Follow SOPs/HACCP, allergen controls, FIFO and temperature checks; clean-as-you-go and end-of-shift cleaning.
Work to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with team
About you
Experience in canteens, food trucks, rapid food chains or similar fast-paced environments
Previous experience in bulk cooking
Strong multitasking and explicit communication skills
Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality
