About the role

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Full-Time Store Manager to join our Melbourne Airport branch. As a growing car rental company, we are looking for someone who can manage daily branch operations, lead the team, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth fleet management. Mandarin speaking ability is highly regarded as we serve a diverse customer base, including Chinese-speaking customers.

Key responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the car rental branch
Lead and coordinate staff duties, rosters, and daily workflow
Manage customer vehicle pick-up and return processes
Conduct and oversee vehicle inspections, cleaning, and preparation
Coordinate fleet movements and vehicle availability
Arrange airport shuttle services and customer transfers
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and operational issues
Provide professional customer service to local and international customers




Communicate with management regarding branch performance
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks

About you
Previous experience in car rental, automotive, hospitality, tourism, retail, or customer service management is preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Good English communication skills
Mandarin speaking ability is highly regarded
Valid Australian Full Driver Licence
Valid Australian working rights
Good computer skills and ability to learn rental management systems
Able to work in a quick-paced workplace
Available to work weekends and public holidays when required
