Responsibilities:
Taking orders and handling POS transactions
Delivering warm, genuine customer service
Serving food and maintaining presentation standards
Preparing and assembling sandwiches to a high standard
Maintaining consistency in portioning and presentation
Managing prep (ingredients, sauces, mise en place)
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Keeping the workspace clean, organised and well-stocked
Supporting the team across service when needed
Assist with stock rotation, storage and inventory
Maintain food safety standards




Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high volume setting
Ensure consistent quality & service
Maintain equipment with care

About you:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a kitchen, sandwich bar or similar environment

• Works clean, organised and detail-focused

• Proven ability to maintain high standards in a rapid-paced setting

• Confident communicator and energetic team player

• Calm under pressure, organised, and detail-oriented

• Genuinely passionate about food, and hospitality in general

• Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position

• Availability to work flexible hours especially on Wednesday and Thursday

• Takes pride in presentation and consistency

• Has a positive attitude and solid team mindset

• Is reliable and punctual
