About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a newly registered agent or someone starting their career in migration law. You'll be trained and mentored by experienced professionals while assisting in a wide range of visa applications.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with preparation and lodgement of visa and nomination applications
Conducting research and preparing supporting documents
Managing client files and updating CRM systems
Drafting correspondence and liaising with clients under supervision




Learning compliance procedures and maintaining accuracy in all records

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about migration, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa permissions to work in Australia.

Requirements:
Registered Migration Agent (MARN) or intending to register soon
Robust understanding of Australian migration processes and legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and positive time-management skills
Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn
