We are looking for an experienced Migration Coordinator to join our team and support our Registered Migration Agents in delivering qualified and efficient services to our clients.
About the Role
You will work closely with our Registered Migration Agents and administration team to support the smooth and efficient management of client matters. The role involves assisting with the coordination of migration applications and providing ongoing support throughout the application process.
Working under the supervision and guidance of our Registered Migration Agents, you will assist with client communication, application preparation and general matter coordination. You will help ensure matters progress efficiently while providing skilled and timely support to both clients and the Migration Agents.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and takes pride in delivering quality work and qualified client service.
You will ideally have:
At least 1 year of experience as a Migration Coordinator,
Migration Assistant or in a similar role
Good understanding of Australian visa and migration processes
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities
A professional and client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
