Job Description

CBRE Data Centre Solutions is seeking a Resource Manager to lead and develop the in office workforce supporting hyperscale data centre operations in Sydney. You will manage rostering, performance, and training in collaboration with CBRE and client leadership.

The role requires a robust background in workforce operations, stakeholder management, and knowledge of Australian labour frameworks. In office work with occasional travel to Huntingwood/Lane Cove sites is expected.
