We are currently seeking talented Commis Chef's, Demi Chef's & Chef de Parties to join the team at NOMAD Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for an eager chef to join a professional kitchen, dedicated to the development of their team.

Our ideal candidates will have
At least 2+ years experience as a chef in casual or premium dining restaurants or wine bars
Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and techniques advantageous but not necessary
Commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry




Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness
Availability to work a rotating roster
