Female Support Worker – You & Me Disability Pty Ltd – Clyde North & Surrounds

You & Me Disability is looking for a compassionate, reliable and professional Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and available for:
Before School Shifts
After school shifts 2.30pm-9.30pm (7 hours)
Weekend shifts (Flexible)

About the Role

You will be supporting NDIS participants to achieve their goals while promoting independence, dignity and choice. Duties may include:
Personal care
Community access
Assisting with daily living activities
Supporting participants with behaviour support plans
Experience with behaviours a must
Accurate progress notes and communication

Essential Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check




Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable availability for sleepovers, weekdays and weekends

Desirable
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
Experience supporting participants with complex needs or behaviours of concern
