About Us

Little Red Dumpling serves up traditional Chinese cuisine made fresh daily, from hand folded dumplings and noodles to bao buns and craft drinks. We're bringing our next store to The Pines Shopping Centre in Elanora, and we're looking for enthusiastic people to join us as part of our founding opening team.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to be there from day one. You'll help set the tone for the store as we open our doors, with full training provided and real prospects to grow your hours and responsibilities as the store gets established.

Front of House
Greeting customers, taking orders and processing payments
Preparing and serving our drinks menu, including craft drinks and cocktails
Delivering friendly, productive service in a fast paced environment
Keeping the dining area clean, tidy and welcoming

Kitchen Hand / Cook
Preparing ingredients and cooking dumplings,



noodles and bao to recipe standard
Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen that meets food safety standards
Working efficiently through busy service periods

All Rounder
Comfortable moving between front of house and kitchen as needed
Preparing and serving drinks including our craft drinks and cocktails
Flexible, adaptable and keen to learn every part of the business

What We're Looking For
A reliable, positive team player
Weekend and evening availability (important for an opening team)
Hospitality or kitchen experience is a plus but not essential, full training provided
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required for Front of House and All Rounder roles
Right to work in Australia
