Culley’s had been trading since 1925 and we are still a family owned and operated business.
We are currently seeking a head baker to lead our staff.
At Culley’s our Bakers are responsible for:
Product preparation and baking
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
Stock control, ordering and production expenses
Staff management - small 3 person team
The ideal candidate will possess the following :
Passion for baking, with innovative ideas
Reliable transportation
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced / flexible workplace.
Robust leadership skills
